Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 October 2026. These terms are between you and Rimfrost LLC.
Subscriptions
GainsWithAI Pro unlocks unlimited voice and paste logging, recovery scores, full progress analytics and coach chat. Some features are limited or locked without Pro, and the app shows what is included. Two plans are offered:
- Yearly: $49.99 per year, with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Weekly: $6.99 per week, with no free trial.
Prices are in USD. The App Store or Google Play shows your local price, including any taxes. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings (see how). Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
AI features
Transcripts, logged sets and coach answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check your sets before saving and use your own judgement before acting on any suggestion.
Health and safety
Training carries risk. Consult a doctor before starting a new program. The app's suggestions are general fitness information, not medical advice, and you are responsible for training within your limits.
Your content
You own your workouts, notes and photos. You give us a licence to store and process them only to provide the service, including through the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, or that AI output will be accurate.
To the extent the law allows, Rimfrost LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from acting on its suggestions, including injuries from training. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid for GainsWithAI in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your rights under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about them are subject to the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
